To all those who wish to request a quote, we have thought of you! Because we know your time is valuable, we have developed the most efficient quote request mechanism ever.
How does it work?
To request a quote, simply follow the normal “payment” procedure from the shopping cart. The quote or order mode is so clearly indicated that it is virtually impossible to make a mistake.
The only difference between the two modes is that the “quote” mode does not ask you for any payment information.
What happens next?
Within 24 hours you will receive a quote by email, in which you can accept and pay for the proposal, or add a comment if you wish to suggest changes.
What if you prefer to send us a request directly by email?
In all cases, you must create an account beforehand. You can then contact us to share your needs and give us the authorization to perform the above steps on your behalf. Allow a maximum of 2 business days.
