What are the steps to have my unit recalibrated by Dracal?

It takes four simple steps:

  1. Write to us at sales@dracal.com to get an RMA (return) number. We send it to you by email within 24 hours.
  2. Ship your unit(s) with a tracking number to the address below, and write the RMA number clearly on the package.
  3. Send us the tracking number by email.
  4. At the same time, place an order containing only the certificates you need: one per unit, with the calibration points you want (how to order a certificate).

Once these steps are completed, we take care of the rest and ship your recalibrated units back within 17 business days of receiving them.
